White Orchid Soiree is a contemporary Wedding and Special Event company based in Orange County, California. We feel that each bride and groom is unique and we customize our packages to fit their style and budget.

We provide wedding consulting, planning, and directing. The difference is how much our couple would like to be personally involved. Some of today's couples like to take matters into their own hands and require simple guidance. Others enjoy the relaxation that comes with a director orchestrating their ideas to life. Our coordinators can customize a package to suit any choice.

In addition, we have a team that provides Custom Stationary (Save-the-Date cards, Invitations, Menus, etc.) without the outrageous price. We also have Photographers with very individual styles and affordable packages. Our Florists have fun designs, are extremely knowledgeable, and easy going. Our Make-up Artists have years of experience from weddings to runways and television. Our DJ is hands-on throughout the entire reception with top-notch entertainment.

We are growing and our team is strong. We work with vendors that put the needs of the couple before the business. Not everyone can afford a Platinum Wedding...that doesn't mean they shouldn't have the opportunity to have an amazing event.

Meet the Designer:
Macie has seven years of experience in Bridal Consultation, management, and visual planning of merchandise and displays. She received training and became a leading Consultant within a company that provided the best in customer service with their “never say no” ethics.

Providing the best for her clients has always been a key factor. She knew the importance of keeping up with the latest trends and even received certification in many retail avenues including Fine China, textiles, and most recently, Wedding Planning.

Her background allowed her to listen attentively, observe openly, and make wise decisions as clients described the style they were looking to achieve. She learned to bring their visions to life, all while remaining within their desired budget, without sacrificing quality. It was also here that she worked hard to make their Bridal Department the top in the District.

Upon becoming a bride herself, she saw the benefit of her experiences in the planning process. Her line of business had prepared her for product comparison, vendor communication, and negotiation. While searching for accessories to match her theme, she discovered many were not unique or original. She started using her skills that were gained in Graphics & Design and created many of the styles and items herself.

When the time came to start her own company, she sought to have other individuals that shared her same beliefs and experiences. She only works with vendors that believe in individual attention, have upbeat personalities, and styles that surpass the rest.
