Orange county wedding

We live in Washington state and would appreciate help finding a reasonable venue, for ceremony and reception, that includes catering. We would love a wedding on the beach or overlooking the water. Because of the distance we also need help with wedding coordinator, photographer, video, flowers, catering (if not included in the above), wedding cake, and music, lighting, and if needed any rental equipment.
